select between project peer review, public voting and jury review

Multiple review options makes any workflow deciding winners possible! We use Gavel peer review algorithm for peer reviews and fully customizable review categories for advanced jury reviews and project feedbacks. You can select your overall winner by public voting, voted by your participants and partners, or select your winner manually.
Achieve super accurate peer reviewing with our gavel peer review alogithym. Gavel was created by the HackMIT team in 2015 to solve the problem of deciding the winner of a large-scale competition in a matter of a few hours in as fair of a way as possible. The system is based on the model of pairwise comparison. Participant selects the better project from the two after going trough both. After selection, they get one new one as one project stays. When every participant repeats this process for about 15 projects, you achieve super accurate ranking!
With our team forming tool participants can find the best team fitting their interests and skills! Participant can create a team, browse trough teams and apply to them, or in case if applied as a team, join directly to that team. The team information consists of team name, description, idea they are building, open roles, list of team members and contact info.

Anyone, whether in a team or not, can scroll trough the teams for inspiration. If participant does not belong to any team, she can also apply, either to specific open role or with open application. Any team member can decline or accept the applicants. By clicking “full profile”, they see the profile page, including motivation letter and full cv. Recruitment process for every team, simplified!
