To make managing large pool of participants easier, you can add custom tags, give ratings and of course change the status of your participants. You can use multi step acceptance process, or simply accept everyone at once.

From the team management page you can see all the teams participants have created. On admin page you can see your numbers, what is the no-show rate, how many got accepted and how many rejected etc.
